Motion by Andrew Hawkins to approve meeting agenda. Seconded by
Tracy Nelson. Motion Carried.

A.Approval of September 14, 2020 Draft Minutes
Motion by Greg Wright to approve September 14 meeting minutes.
Seconded by Philip King-Lowe. Motion Carried.

A.2021 Work Plan Initiative Assignment
Commission members assigned to 2021 work plan initiatives.
Initiative #1: Philip King-Lowe, Amanda Herr, Julia Selleys, Ellie Mullen
Initiative #2: Andrew Hawkins, Tracy Nelson, Michael Wood, Isadora Li
Initiative #3: Amanda Herr, Andrew Hawkins, Greg Wright, Eva DeSimone
Staff Liaison will send out group emails to each committee to help get started.
