HomeMy WebLinkAbout1489Y NOTICE OF ADVERSE CLAIM (Section 508.70 Minnesota Statutes) By a Quit Claim Deed dated October 22, 1969 the Village of was conveyed the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit: Tina Beginning at the Northeast corner of Outlot A, Viking Hills 2nd Addition (said Northeast corner being the intersection of the North line of said Outlot A and the West line of Glea- son Road as shown on said plat of Viking Hills 2nd Addition); thence West along the North line of said Outlot A a distance of one hundred forty -five feet (145'); thence Southeasterly to a point on the East line of said Outlot A, which point is two hundred fifty feet (250') South of the Northeast corner of said Outlot A (said East line being the West line of said Gleason Road); thence North along said East line to the point of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. A copy of said deed is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. The registered owner of the above described property is Kar H. Krahl and Marguerite B. Krahl, husband and wife as joint tenants, as vi- denced by Certificate of Title No. 423301, Volume 1401, page 423301. Roy H. Thernell, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, is the owne of a vendee's interest in the property described in the deed attached he eto as evidenced by a Contract for Deed filed in the office of the Regist ar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and memorialized upon said Cer of Title No. 423301 as Document No. 858914. The conveyance attached hereto as Exhibit A cannot be filed because of the refusal of the parties of the first part to pay delin- quent real estate taxes, and said conveyance conveys to the Village of Edina an interest in the property therein described adverse to sai4 registered owners, Karl H. Krahl and Marguerite B. Krahl, husband and and to said Roy H. Thernell, Inc., contract vendee.
