THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 21st day of December , 197, by

Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in c sid-
eration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by he
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow edged,
do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the se and
part an Easement in perpetuity for all utility and drainage purpose
including, but not being limited to, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, w ter
pipes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing
maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing said utility an
drainage systems in and over the following described property situa e
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit;
A strip of land twenty feet (201) in width, the north
line of which is the north line of the south 1/2 of
Section 32, Township 117, Range 21, and lying between
the west line of Hansen Road and the east right -of -way
line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railw y.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utility and drainage systems replace any shrubs or sod
by any excavation in connection with such construction or maintena ce
work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before such a cavation.

RESOLUTIONS VACATING A PORTION OF
GROVE STREET
WHEREAS, two weeks' published, posted and mailed notice of a Hearing
to be held on July 20, 1970, at 7:00 plm., on the proposed street
vacation hereinafter described has been given and made and a Hearing
has been held thereon by the Village Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described porti
of Grove Street, all as platted and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, be and is he
vacated effective September 21, 1970, unless on or before said date t
resolution is amended,-'annulled or rescinded by the Village Council:
Grove Street from Hansen Road to the West line of the
Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad.
ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1970.

ember 21, 1970, to October 19, 1970.
