RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY EAS NT IN
L0T 12 AND LOT 13,ti ,BLOCK 1_1 HYDE PARK
WHEREAS, two weeks' published, posted and mailed notice of a hearing to
be held on September 8, 1970, at 7:00 p.m., on the proposed vacation of.
the utility easement hereinafter described has been given and made and a
hearing has been held thereon by the Village Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Tillage of
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described utility
easement in Hyde ;Park as shown on the recorded plat thereof, 'Hennepin C
Minnesota, be and is hereby vacated effective October 20, 1970, unless
before said date this resolution is amended, - annulled or rescinded by t
Village Council:
The South 10 feet of Lot 12 and the North 10 feet of Lot 13,
Block 1, Hyde Park
