NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of-''i Village
of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described
portion of a storm sewer easement as created by document recorded in
Deed Book 2357, Page 68, described as follows be effective July 13,
1971, unless on or before said date this resolution is amended, annull4
or rescinded by the Village Council:
�1 The East five feet (5') of the West ten feet (10') of
the South thirty feet (30') of Lot 14, Edina Terrace.
Adopted this 7th day of June, 1971,
