In addition to the documents which I forwarded to the Villag
to the attention of Ray Drake on December 13, 1968, a copy of which le
is enclosed, we also received and have filed a dee& from Fairview Hosp
Association to the Village for public streets. The deed from Fairview
was filed on May 20, 1968, as Document No. 908953 in the Torrens offic
A photocopy of that deed is enclosed. These deeds convey easements ov
West 65th Street from France Avenue to Drew Avenue South and also the
Half of West 65th Street extending East of Drew Avenue approximately 2
feet. Hopefully these documents are those for which you are looking.
