RESOLUTION APPROVING DIVISION OF
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, MIRROR LAKES MEADOW -WOOD
2ND ADDITION TO EDINA HIGHLANDS
WHEREAS, Lot 7, Block 2, Mirror Lakes Meadow -Wood 2nd Addition to Edina
Highlands is at present a single tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested the subdivision of said tract into sep
parcels (herein called "Parcels ") described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 7; thence ,Southerl
along the Easterly line thereof a distance of 156.00 feet to the ctual
point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Westerly at right
angle to the said Easterly line to an intersection with the Weste ly line
of said Lot 7 and there terminating; and '
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 7, thence Southerl along
the Easterly line thereof a distance of 156.00 feet to the actual point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence Westerly at right angle
to the said Easterly line to an intersection with the Westerly li a of
said Lot 7 and there terminating; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that compliance with the subdivision a d 'Zoning
Regulations of the Village of Edina will create an unnecessary hardshi and said
Parcels as separate tracts of land do not interfere with the purposes f the
Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as contained in the Village of Edin Ordi-
nance Nos.'811 and 801;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the Vi lage of
Edina that the conveyance and ownership of said Parcels as separate tr cts of
land is hereby approved and the requirements and provisions of Ordinan a No.
811 and Ordinance No. 801 are hereby waived to allow said division and convey-
ance thereof as separate tracts of land but are not waived for any oth r purpose
or as to any other provision thereof, and subject, however, to the pro ision
that no further subdivision be made of said Parcels unless made in co liance
with the pertinent ordinances of the Village of Edina or with the prio approval
of this Council as may be provided for by those ordinances.
