WHEREAS, the following described tracts of land are now separate
1.ot 12p BlocL- 8, Indian Hills Addition and
Lot 13, Bloc4 8, Indian Hills Addition; and
WHZRFAS, the owners of the above tracts of land desire to subdivide
said tracts of land so that the Southerly fifteen feet of Lot 13,
Block 80 Indian Hills Additionis divided from Lot 13, Block 8,
Indian Hills Addition# and added to the Northerly side of Lot 120 B
8, Indian Hills Addition; and
WHEREAS, it has been determ"d that compliance with the Subdivision
Zoning Regulations of the Villa" of Edina will create an unnecessary
hardship and said Parcels as' divided in the above manner do not inter
fare with the purposes of the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as
contaitiod in the Village of Edina Ordinance Nos. 261 and 263-A;

NOW, TH9REFORE, it is hereby r€ solved. the Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Edina that the conveyance, and ownership of said Parcels no
divided in the above manner to hereby approved and the requirevents aid
provisions of Ordinance No, 261 and ordinance No. 263-A are hereby
waived to allow said division and conveyance thereof as saparate tracts
of land but are not waived for any other purpose or as to any other
provision thereof, and subject, however, to the provision that no
further subdivision be made of said Parcels tinless made In compliance
with the pertinent ordinances of the. Village of Edina or with the pri r
approval of this Council as may be provided for by those ordinances. t
