RISOLUTIQA
WHEREAS, approval of the Village of Edina has been requested to the
conveyance and Ownership of Lots Four (4) , Five (5) and . Sias (6) ,
block On* (1) , Roplat of Lots 5 and b, black 1, Peaeedalt Acres, as
three separate parcels, described as follows,
Lest Sias (6) ,ssUt Block one (1) , and the forth 1.5 feet,
front and areas of Lot 5, said 'Block 1
Lot Five (5) except the earth 1.5 foot, front and rear,
said Slack, one (i), and the North three (3) feet of Lot
For (4). front and rear, said Slack. 1;
Lot Four (4) except the North three (3) feet, front and
rear, said Block 1 and',
WHEREAS, it has been determined that compliance with the Subdivision
Zoning Regulations of the Village of Edina will create an unnecessary
hardship and said tracts Of land as separates parcels do not interfere
with the purposes of the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as contain
in 'the Village of Ediaao Ordinance Numbers 261 and 263-A
NOW, THEREFORL, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the Village
Of RdIz& that the conveyance and Ownership of the above described trac s
Of Und as separates parcels in hero6y approved and the requirements ate
Provisions of Ordinance bias. 261 and 263-A are hereby waived as to sat
division and conveeysuca, subject, however, to the provision that no
further subdivision be made of the above described tracts of land unless
made is compliance with the pertinent ordinances of the Village of Edina
or with the prior epParoval Of this Council as may be provided for by
these ordinances.
