WHEREAS, Charles 1. Thies, fee owner and Thomas This *, contract 'buyer, are
the owners of a certain parcel of land in the Village of Edina described
as follows:
Lot 27, Block ;, South Harriet Park 2nd Addition, and
WHEREAS, said owners have requested approval of the Village of Edina of
the conveyance and ownership of the above described land as separate
parcels described as follows: e
That part of Lot 27 bring North of a line parallel to and
30 feet South of the North line of said Lot 27, Block 2,
South Harriet Park tad Addition, according to the plat
thereof on file in €he;off*,ce'of the Hennepin County
Register of Deeds; and
All of Lot 27, Block 2, South Harriet Park 2nd Addition,
except that part lying north of a line parallel to and
30 feet South of the North line of said Lot 27, all
according to the recorded plat thereof an file in the
office of the Hennepin County Register of Aeeede, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that compliance with the Subdivision and
Zoning Regulations of the Village of Edina will create an unnecessary
hardship and said tracts of land as separate parcels dues not interfere
with the purpose of the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as contained
in the Village of Edina Ordinance Numbers 261 and 263 -A;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Edina that the conveyance and ownership of the above described tracts
of land, as separate parcels are hereby approved and the requirements and
provisions of Ordinance Nos. 251 and 263 -A are hereby waived as to said
division and conveyance, subject, however, to the provision that no
further subdivision be made of the above described tracts of_ land unless
made in compliance with the pertinent ordinances of the Village of .Edina
or with the prior approval of this Council as may be provided for by
those ordinances.

Regular- Meeting meld Monday, .dune 17, 1968, and as recorded in the
Minutes of said Regular Meeting,
