WHEREAS, Harold D. Davis and Shirley J. Davis, husband and wife, are
the Hers of a certain ear l of land in the Village of Edina described
as follows
Joel; 2, Block 12, '3endelssohn Addition together vi.th the
Mast half of the vacated alley to the East of said property,
according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record
in the ottLees of the Register of :Heeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and
WRERZAB, said owners have requested approval of the `pillage of Edina of
the aonvoyances and ownership of the above described lard as a separate:
parcel; and
WRERMS, it has been determined that compliance with tht Subdivision and
Zoning Regulations of the Village of Edina will create an unnecessary
hardship aid said tract of lend as a separate parcel do*# not interfere
with the purpose of the Subdivision and, Zoning Regulations as Contained
in, the Village of Edina Ordinan4e *umbirs 251 and 253 -A;
NOW* TIIRRRyORS, it is hereby resolved by the Village of Edina Council
that the eonveyance and ownership of the above described tract of land
as a separate parcel is hereby approved and the requires, uts and pro-
visions of Ordinance Nam. 261 and 2634 are hereby waived as to said
division and conveyance, subject, howeeverp to the provision that no
further subdivision be made of the above described tract of land unless
made in aoWlianee>< vi.th the pertinent ordinancee#' of the Village of
Edina or with the prior approval of this council as may be provided for
by these a rdinances.

1, the undersigned duly appointed and acting Village Clerk for the
Village of Edina, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have compared the
attached and foregoing Resolution and that the same is a true and cor-
rect eopy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village of Edina Council
at its Regular Meeting hold 14ondak, November 20, 1967, and as recorded
jn`the Minutes of said Regular Meeting.
