Village of Edina, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have compared
the attached and foregoing Resolution and that the aam is a true and
correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village of Edina council
at its Regular Meeting of Monday, $ovember IQ, 1967, and as recorded in
the Minutes of said Regular Meeting.
