WHEREAS, Elmer V. Uka and Dorothy J. iiika, husband nud wife. are the
owners of a certain parcel of land in the Village of 4dinat described
as iollows
The Wrest seventy-five feet (750) of Lot 1, Block 2,
&vhiridge Additiong and
J� WHERI , said corner has requested approval of the Village of adine of
the conveyance and ownership of the above described land as a separate
parcel; and
WUSUAS, it has been determined that compliance with the Subdivision
and Zoning Regulations of the Village of Edina will create an unneces-
sary hardship and said tract of land as a separate parcel does not
interfere with the purpose of the Sutbdii.vision . and Zoning Regulations
as contained in the Village of Edina Ordinance Numbers 26l and 263-A;

i - UM, THAREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Vlllag+e. Counc�l of the
j Village of Edina that the conveyance .;and ownership of the above
L_ described tract of land as a seepakate par`tel is hereby approved and
the requirements and provisions of Ordinance Mon. 261 and 263-A are
�� hereby waived as to said division and conveyance, subject, however,
to the provision that no further subdivision be made of the above
descsibed.tract of land unless made in compliance with the pertinent
ordinances of the Village of Adine or with the prior approval of this
Council as may be provided for by these ordinances.

the Village-of Edina, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have com-
pared the attached and 6regoing Resolution and that the sama is a
truce and comet copy of a Resolution duly adapted by the 'pillage of
641na Council at its Regular Meeting held Monday, June 19„ 1967, and
as recorded in the Minutes of said Regular Meeting.
