gents and provisions of Ordinance Nos, 261 and 263-PA are hereby w i:ved
as to said division and conveyance, subject, however, to the prov son
that no further subdivision be wade of the above 4es+cri,bed tracts of
land unless made in compliance With the pertinent ordinances prow ded
for by these. ordinances.
