WHERRAR, Inland Construction Corporation is the owner of certain
parcels of land in the Village of Edina described as followsa
The North 51,65 feet of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No* 1193,
as measured at right angles with the North line thereof, and that
part of Lot 1, Block 2, Amundson`as Terrace lying South of the
North 278.70 feet thereof; and
927 -8861
That part of Tract A, Registered land Survey No. 1193, lying Routh
of the North 51.65 feet thereof, as measured at right angles with
the North line thereof; and
WHEREM, said owner has requested approval of the Village of Edina of
the conveyance and ownership of the above described land as a separate
parcel; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that c liance with the 'subdivision
on
and Zoning Regulations of the Village o Edina will create an unneces-
sary hardship and said tracts o €�` land as' separate parcels does not inter-
fare with the purposes of the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as
contained in the Village of Edina Ordinance Numbers 262 and 263-A
NOW,* TH UIPORE, it is hereby resolved t y they Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Edina that the conveys oe and ownership of the above described
tracts of land as a separate parcel, is hereby approved and the require-
ments and provisions of Ordinance Nos. 261 and 263 -A are hereby waived
as to said division and convenya-ace, subject, however, to the provision
that no further subdivision be made of the above described tracts of
land unless made in compliance with the pertinent ordinances of the
Village of Edina or with the prior approval of its Council as say be
provided for by these ordinances. Motion for adoption of the resolution
was seconded by Councilman Shav and on rmll.caaell there were five ayes and
no nays and the resolution was adapted, this, the 20th day of January,
1969.
