Dear Sir:
in your letter to us of October 21,, 1953, you returned
those easements relating`to Lots 11, 12 and 13, Block 8,,
Countryside Addition. You returned then: for the reason
that you felt they were unnecessary as there was a utility
easement dedicated on the plat. We feel, however, that
the dedication on the Plat is for utilities only, whereas
we desire to construct a drginAge ditch. It is our belief
that a drainage ditch is not a utility in the accepted
sense of the word.
I am, therefore$ returning to you the easements in question
so that you might have them properly recorded.
