Lots 3, 4, 51 6 and 71 Block 19, "Norma dale
Second Addition ", according to the plat thereof
on file or of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for said Hennepin Count .
We have examined the title to the above described premises as
shown by Torrens Certificate of Title No. 127948. Based upon sue
examination, we are of the opinion that the fee title to said pre ises
is vested in Arne G. Bogen, free and clear of all liens, charges d
encumbrances, except as follows:
1. Taxes for 1952,, including penalty, in the amount of $23.55
not paid.
2. Taxes for 1953 in the amount of $41.75, plus penalty
the first half not paid.
This opinion is limited to the matters shown by said certificate of
title. All matters not so shown are excepted from this opinion d
include (a) rights of any parties in possession, (b) possibility of
liens for improvements in process or completed on the premises 'thin
the last ninety (90) days, (c) general zoning and building laws d
restrictions, (d) special assessments, and (e) matters which an eeurate
survey of the premises would disclose.
