WHERUSg, It is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Edina Uy out and establish a street for public road
purposes, and

location for such a street is on the land above described} and
WHERRO, by reason, I of the failure of the Village to obtain such an
"sonent,# it -has became necessary to proctue title to such land by right
of eminent domain;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REBOLVEDz That the Village of Edina proceed
to procure an •easement in the above described land under its right of eminent
domain and that the Village Attorney be instructed and directed to file the
necessary complaint therefor and to prosecute silch action to a successful
conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the Village
or by the court, that the Village Attorney, the Mayor and the Clerk do all
things necessary to be done in the commennement, prosecution and successful
termination of such action.

This is to certify that pursuant to a petition filed by the Village
of Edina with the Clerk of District Court of Hennepin County on
an order was made by the District Court of Hennepin County declaring the
necessity of acquiring certain hereinafter 4pacribeed lands for street pur-
poses and appointing three disinterested resident commissioners to appraise
the damages occasioned by such tsking as provided by law.
On October 18, 1955, these commissioners filed their report find-
ing damages to the several -owners of the land hereinafter described as follows., .
