THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this 10th ay of
November, 1971, by and between Interfund Services Inco porated,
a Minnesota corporation, party of the first part, and eorge
J. Ablah and Oscar Roberts Company, as a Minnesota cor oration, .
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part i
consideration, to it in hand paid by said parties of a second
part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does h reby
grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant to said par ies of
the second part, their successors and assigns, an eas ment in
perpetuity for the flowage and drainage of surface wa ers in,
over and across the following described property situ ted in
