Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the St-at of
Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in c nsi
eration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby Ackn led&
do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the s cond

the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 4,
which point is six feet (61) East of the Southwest
corner of said Lot 4; thence Northwesterly to a point
two and five tenths feet (2.5') East of the West line
and nine feet (9') North of the South line of said
Lot 4; thence Northerly, two and five tenths feet (2.

work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before such
