the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Southwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 and of the Northwest 1/4 of the South- -
west 1/4 of Section 5# Township 116, Range 21
described as follows
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5t thence
Northerly along the Bast Brie of said Southwest 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of eighty f (e0 •) t
thence Westerly at right angles a distance of on*
hundred feet (1001)1 thence Southerly at right angles
a distance of one hundred feet (1009)o thence Easterly
at right angles a distance of one hundred feet (1001)
