EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 20th day of September , 19 72,
by and between KEMRICH KNOLLS
a partnership under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Minnesota,; party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and No /100 Dollars ($1. 00), to it in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey , and Warrant to said party of the second part an
Easement in perpetuity for public ,road purposes in, ,under, and over the
following described property situate in fhe County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Kemrich Knolls lying within a circular arc
with a radius of fifty feet (501) and a center point located twenty -five
feet (25') East of the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 and on the Easterly
extension of the North line of said Lot 1.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said first party has caused these
presents to be executed in its partnership name by its individual
Partners.
