LYING NORTH OF DENTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing to be had on
February 39 19649 at 7s00 P.M., at 700 P.M., on the proposed Vacation of that Unnaed
30 -foot Public Right- of-Way lying between Lots 19 and 206 Block 19 Code's Highviow
Park and Block 39 Replat of Lot 6 and South 1/2 Lot 50 Blank 19 Code's Highview Park,
said Right -of -Way extending for 139.57 feet, more or less, North of the North line of
Benton Avenue, has been given and made, and a hearing has been had thereon by the
Village Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following be and is hereby vacated:
"THAT UNNAMED 30 -FOOT PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 19 AND 209
BLACK 19 CODE'S HIGHVIEW PARK AND BLOCK 3, REPLAT OF LOT 6 AND SOUTH 1/2
LOT 5, BLOCK 19 CODE'S HIGHVIEW PARK, and said Right=of -Way extending for
139.57 feet, more or less, North of the North line of Benton Avenue, all
as platted and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota".
Adopted this 3rd day of February, 1964.

with the original thereof on file in ny office, and that the same is a full, true and
correct transcript of a Resolution duly adopted by the Edina Village Council at its
Regular Meeting held Monday, February 30 19649 and as recorded in the Minutes of said
Regular Meeting.
