RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
JACKSON AVENUE BETWEEN DELMORE LANE AND TROLLEY
LINE ADDITION
WHEREAS„ two weeks' published notiese. and posted notice of a hearing to be had
on March 16, 19640 At 7 :00 P.N., on the proposed Vacation of Jackson Avenue lying
between Blocks Three and Four, West Minneapolis Heights Addition, and between
Delmore Lane and Trolley Line Addition has been given and made, and a hearing has
bean had thereon by the Village Councils
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following street be and,.is,.hereby Vacated:
"THAT PORTION OF JACKSON AVENUE LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS.THM. -i3) AND FOUR
(4), WEST MINNEAPOLIS HEIGHTS ADDITION, AND BETWEEN BEL -ORE LANE AND TROLLEY
LINE ADDITION, all as platted and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for Hennepin Cftntyy Minnesota ",
Adopted this 16th day of March, 1964,
