RESOLUTION NO. 2020-79
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SIDEWALKS AND LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, Paragraph 15 of the November 15, 2017 Development Contract for the Avidor Residences states
in part: “The Developer warrants the Public Improvements against defects in workmanship and materials[.]” The
warranty period for sidewalks ran for one year following completion, and is now complete. The warranty period for
landscaping is now complete. The Engineering and Planning Departments have conducted its final inspection and found
the improvements were constructed consistent with the approved plans and specifications and recommends acceptance
of the sidewalk and landscaping improvements associated with the Avidor Residences development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDINA, MINNESOTA:
The sidewalks and landscaping in the Avidor Residences are accepted and will become public on the date this
resolution is adopted.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 5th day of August, 2020.
