the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 44, Block 1, Oscar Roberts First
Addition described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 44;
thence North along the East line of said Lot 44 a
distance of fifteen (15) feet; thence Southwesterly
to a point in the South line of said Lot 44, which
point is fifteen (15) feet West of the Southeast
corner of said Lot 44; thence Easterly to the point
of beginning.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed on the day and year first above written.
