and WILLIAM S. REILING and JOANNE V. REILING, husband and wife,

the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;

WITNESSETH, That the said Hof the first part, in
them
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to VE in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do= Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 2, Block 3, Oscar Roberts First
Addition described as follows*
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence South along the East line of said Lot 2 a
distance of fifteen (15) feet; thence Northwesterly
to a point in the North line of said Lot 2, which
point is fifteen (15) feet West of the Northeast
corner of said Lot 2; thence Easterly to the point of
beginning.
