WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of a , 1972, between
YORKTOWN INVESTMENT CO., INC., a Minnesota corporation, GLACIER SAND AND GRAVEL
COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, and GEORGE J. ABLAH and VIRGINIA L. ABLAH,
husband and wife, parties of the first part, and VILLAGE OF EDINA, a munici-
pal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the
said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, Forever, all the
tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin, and
State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
Outlots A, B, C and D, Yorktown, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, Forever. And the said
parties of the first part, for themselves and their respective heirs, repre-
sentatives, successors and assigns, do covenant with the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, that they are well seized in fee of
the lands and premises aforesaid, and have good right to sell and convey the
same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free from all in-
cumbrances whatsoever.
And the above bargained and granted lands and premises, in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, agai,ist all persons lawfu].J_y claiming or to claim
the whole or part thereof, subj (-ct to incumbrances, if any, herc.i.nbefore
inerttioned, the said parties of the first part. will Warrant and Defend.
