Edina City Council to Meet Tuesday, April 7
Edina, Minn., April 3, 2020 – The Edina City Council will hold a virtual work session and meeting Tuesday, April 7.
The work session will be held 5:30 p.m. for the Council to receive a recommendation on a Travel Demand Management Ordinance. Members of the public can listen to the work session by calling
800-374-0221 with Conference ID 7887840.
The regular City Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Members of the public can watch the meeting live:

Members of the public can participate in “Community Comment” or the public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning with Variances for Hankerson Avenue and 52nd

Leaving a voicemail at 952-826-0377.
Submitting comments online at BetterTogetherEdina.org.
Calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 4432059 during the meeting. An operator will place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. Do not call until just before you are ready
to speak, as you will be placed on hold with music until then.
The public hearing will remain open for online and voicemail comments through Wednesday, April 15. Comments submitted by voicemail, online or over the phone during the meeting will be
equally considered. There is no need for a person to submit the same comments in more than one way. The City Council will take action on the matter April 21.
Other Bodies
The Board of Appeal & Equalization, Housing & Redevelopment Authority and Planning Commission will also hold virtual meetings in April. Watch for future messages on how to view or participate
in those meetings.
The Heritage Preservation Board will not meet in April, but will hold a virtual meeting in May.
Meetings of the Arts & Culture Commission, Community Health Commission, Energy & Environment Commission, Human Rights & Relations Commission, Parks & Recreation Commission and Transportation
Commission are canceled until further notice.
