EASEMENT F "0 ' PUBLIC WALKER ?AY PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this _3j"ay of August , 1973 ,
by and between Richard X. ngenman and Rosanne Wagenman,
aka: Rosanne M. Wagenman
husband and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the village
of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
TATITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of one and No/100 Dollars ($1000), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public walkway purposes, in, under, and over the following de-
scribed property situate in the Country of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 4. Block 1, Stow's Delaney Addition - MCCoy
Replat lying Borth of the following described lines
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 41 thence
southeasterly to a point 4 feet South of the Borth line and
50 feet Vest of the East line of said Lot 41 thence Bast
to a point on the Bust line of said Lot 4. which point is
4 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 4.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
