the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,.party of the
second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public.road purposes in, under, and over the following
described-property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota to -wit:
All that part of Lot 15, Block 1, Edina Interchange Center 3rd
Addition lying north of the following described line.
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 14, Block 1, Edina
Interchange -Center 3rd Addition; thence southeasterly along
the south line of I-Test 70th Street as platted in Edina Inter-
change Center 3rd Addition,. a distance of 379.14 'feet to a
point of reverse curve; thence easterly along a curve to the,
might, said curve having a central angle of 90 35' and a
radius of 1291.17 feet, a distance of 215.96 feet; thence
easte-rly along a line tangent to the last described curve, to
the east line of said Lot 15 and there terminating.

was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority

be the free act and deed of said corporation.
