Amundson During the fall of 1069 the Village of 9dina very ob-li4ingly granted to Oorvin Amundson and Karen Amundson an easement for private driveway purposes across the north 20 feet of the volt 85 feet of Lot 22, Block IS, "'Fairfax, Hennepin County Minna Sot,%,L, This piece of property was a ;dart of a rathor large eon#oyatte made by the State of Minnesota to the Village of Edina on April 29, 1954.. The actual conveyance was filed with the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County On May 12,,1954 in Book 1996 ot Deeds, Page 633 as Doe, No 2973436. I do hava Photographs of the "before" and "after" to show all of the work that has been done and tho fact that this particular strip of property was not actually essential to the park area. Unfort4nately, my copy Machine does not reproduce photographs with a great deal of efficiency but per'llaps you can, at least, get an idea of what was done. Photographs marked 1, 2, 5, and 4 in the reproduction are the "after" and photographs marked 5, 4G and 7 are the "beforalf.
