a corporation under the la,,is of the State of iinnesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits
That part of hots 5, 6, and 7, Block 8, Tingdale Brothers
Brookside and vacated Hopkins Road lying within the following
described easement:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Brookside Avenue, which
point is seven hundred fifty -five and five tenths feet (755.51)
North of the Southeast corner of Block 3, Grand View Heights;
thence Easterly at an angle of 90 010' turned counter clockwise
from the Jest line of Brookside Avenue to the West line of
Arcadia Avenue; thence Northerly along the West line of Arcadia
.Avenue a distance of forty -two feet (42'); thence Westerly to
a point in the West line of Brookside Avenue, which point is
forty -two feet (42') North of the point of beginning; thence
Southerly along the West line of Brookside Avenue to the point
o:" beginning.
Parallel parking, will be allowed inside the southerly ten feet (10+) of said
above described property.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
