HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Edina, Hennepin County, Minne- sota, on April 15, 1985, adopted a Resolution Vacating Portion of Lincoln Drive Right of Way after public hearing and notice thereof as required by law and after determining it to be in the best interest of the City and of the public that said street vacation be made, which resolution ordered the vacation of the following described easement for street purposes, all as platted and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota: That part of Lot 4, Block 2, and of Outlot A, Edina Green lying within a 60 foot road easement as per Document No. 3909691. Said road easement is .described as follows: Beginning at a po nt in the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 31, dista t 185 feet West of the Southwest corner of Parkwood Knolls 15th Addit on; thence South parallel with the Southerly extension of the West line f aid Addition 23.31 feet; thence Southwesterly 196.66 feet along a tang nt'al curve to the right, having a radius of 440.1 feet; thence Southerly 98.54 feet along a reverse curve having a radius of 672.63 feet; thence Southerly tangent to last described curve 85 feet; thence Southeasterly 280.36 feet along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 318.42 feet; thence Southeasterly tangent to last described curve 205.5 feet; thence Southerly 331.88 feet along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 275.72 feet; thence Southwesterly tangent to last described curve 112.74 feet; thence Southerly 284.14 feet along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 370 feet to the center line of Lincoln Drive as platted in the plat of Nine Mile North and there terminating. The time of completion of proceedings and the effective date of said vacation is April 16, 1985. Said vacation did not affect, and there was continued, reserved, and retained, by the said resolution ordering the vacation, the authority of Northern States Power Company to enter upon the above vacated area to maintain, repair, replace, remove, or otherwise attend to, all underground cable lines now in, on, or under the above vacated area.
