RELEASE
IN CONSIDERATION of the purchase by the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA ( "HRA ") of the premises located at the South-
east corner of West 50th Street and Halifax Avenue.in Edina, Minnesota,
UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA ( "Union ") does hereby release, acquit and
forever discharge HRA and the CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA ( "City ") from any and
all claims, demands and causes of action of every nature and kind whatsoever
which Union may now or hereafter have or claim to have due to or arising out
of the acquisition of such premises or the removal or relocation of the
tenants of Union from such premises.
