This property was previously conveyed to the Village by a deed which has docu- ment No. 23811717 and which was filed July 30, 19116 and dated March 20, 1946, running from Russell T. Lund and Rhoda S. Lund, husband and wife, and George C. Kruse and Florence Kruse, husband and wife, to Village of Edina. If it is at all possible, we would appreciate having this deed executed and returned to this office on December 31 or at the very latest Saturday morning, January 2. If this deed cannot be returned by that time, it will have to be recorded next year and we may be delayed in recording it then because of the fact that taxes once more become due and payable on this property.
