EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WALKWAY PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 2-1- day of September, 1975, by and
between FREDRICK HERFURTH REAL ESTATE, INC., a Minnesota corporation, party of
the first part, and the CITY OF EDINA, a municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey to said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, an Easement in perpetuity for public
walkway purposes, in, under, over and across the following described property
situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
All that part of the East 10 feet of the West 24.75
feet of the North half of Lot 34, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 172, described as follows:
Lying North of the South 25 feet thereof and lying
South of a line drawn from a point on the East
line thereof distant 29..81 feet northerly from
the South line of the North half of said Lot 34
to a point on the West line thereof distant 29.80
feet northerly from the South line of the North
half of said Lot 34.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said party of the first part has caused
this instrument to be duly executed the day and year first above written.
