THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 26 day of June , lg 75,
by and between Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association a
corporation under the laws of United States of America, party of the
first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation organized
under the laws of the'State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in con-
sideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do Grant., Bargain, Selland convey to said party of
rile second part an underground Easement in perpetuity for all utility
purposes including, but not being limited to gas, telephone and
electric power lines, including the right to enter for the purpose of
constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
said utility systems under the following described property situated
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The South 20 feet of the following described parcel:
The South Half of Lot 34 and the East 13 feet of the
South Half of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision Number 172,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part thereof lying
South of a line drawn parallel with and 126.0 feet North of
the South lines of said Lots 34 and 35.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction or maintenance
of said utility systems replace any shrubs, sod, concrete sidewalk or
bituminous paving removed by any excavation in connection with such
construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same
condition as before such excavation.

INTESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said first party has caused
these presents to be executed in its corporate name by its
President and its Vice President and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed the day and year first above written.

Public, within and for said County, personally appeared Harvey M.
Kuhnley and Neil W. Solberg, to me personally known, who, being each by
me duly sworn, did say that they are respectively the President and
the Vice President of the corporation named in the foregoing instru-
ment and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate
seal of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and
sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors and said Harvey M. Kuhnley and Neil W. Solberg acknowledged
said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
