EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WALKWAY PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 22nd day of August, 1975,
by and between TWIN CITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a
United States of America Association, party of the first part, and
the City of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public walkway purposes, in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State.of Minnesota,
to -wit:
The north 6.10 feet of that part of Lot 34 and the east 13.0
feet of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision No. 172, Hennepin County,
Minnesota lying south of line parallel with and 126.00 feet north
of the south line of said Lots 34 and 35.

to me personally known, who, being each by me duly sworn, did say

was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority
