As you know, this was sold by the County to private persons. The sale was made after the City petition was filed. It is my understanding that the property was purchased for approximately $128.75. It is my further understanding that the property is too small to be built upon under our ordinance requirements and that the new owner has been so advised by Harold Sand. The City should, of course, continue to deny any application fore- a:_building permit. If you wish me to pursue this matter further with the County as to why it was sold when our petition was in the County's hands, please let me know.
