TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 3rd day of March, 1976,
by and ;between FIRST EDINA NATIONAL BANK, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
first part, and the CITY OF EDINA, a municipal corporation'organized
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, does
Grant to said party of the second part a Temporary Construction
Easement for sidewalk, lighting and landscaping purposes, including
the right to enter for the purpose of constructing such sidewalk,
lighting and landscaping in and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:

DESCRIPTION FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FIRST EDINA NATIONAL BANK
All that part of the following described tract:
A Lot 7, Block 1, LUND KRUSE ADDITION, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
and
Lot 8, said Block 1, except that part thereof
lying southeasterly of a curve concave to the
northwest. Said curve is tangential to the east
and south line of said lot and has a radius of
10.00 feet.
described as follows:
SOUTH PART
The east 9.95 feet of the south 23.08 feet of
said Lot 8, and the south 10.2.5 feet of the west
39.05 feet of the east 49.00 feet of said Lot 8,
and the east 11.95 feet of the north 2.00 feet
of the south 25.08 feet of said Lot 8;
NORTH PART
The east 15.80 feet of the north 3.08 feet of said
Lot 8, and the east 10.80 feet of the south 5.00
feet of the north 8.08 feet of said Lot 8, and
the south 18.92 feet of the east 15.80 feet of
said Lot 7.
