EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC 'ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 1 st day of November 192,
by and between __ NAME r, 0`GRADY AND DANIEL W. O'GRADY, wife and hushapd,
of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City
of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public road purposes, in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, BRAEMAR'S HILL-AWAY ADDI'T'ION described as
follows; Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 1; thence
Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of
80.91 feet; thence Northwesterly 68.85 feet along a curved line, concave
to the Southwest, having a radius of 266.09 feet, to a point in the West
line of said Lot 1, distant 15.59 feet South of the point of beginning;
thence North 15.59 feet to the point of beginning.
