DECLARATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Wayne E. Gensmer and Viola J. Gensmer are
husband and wife;
WHEREAS, Wayne E. Gensmer is the fee owner of the following
described tracts of land in the County of Hennepin, State of Minne-
sota, viz:
Lot 1, Block 1, McCauley.Heights, 4th Addition,
Hennepin County and
Outlot A, McCauley-Heights, 4th Addition,
Hennepin County
which lots adjoin one another on the southwest;
NOW THEREFORE, said Wayne E. Gensmer and Viola J. Gensmer
