I have, therefore, made that addition to the deed and enclose a fully executed copy of the deed with the addition. Also, as previously requested, there is enclosed Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title No. 337196. I understand you will now record the deed and obtain a residue certificate for the City of Edina for the balance of the property described in the enclosed certificate of title. Please send that residue certificate to me. Also, will you please forward directly to the City the County's check for the purchase price of the property, i.e., $75,000. Your check should be sent to the attention of Mr. Dalen. I would appreciate receiving a copy of that forwarding letter. . If you have any questions, please advise.
