VACATING A`N EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES LOCATED IN THE SOU MUTEST 1/4
OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 117, RANGE 21, COUNTY OF HEMPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the record owner of that part of the West half of the South west Quarter
of Section 30, Township 117, Range 21, lying West of the East 400.10 feet
thereof, and lying South of the North line of Int.erlachen Hills and the same
extended East; except that part thereof embraced within the plat of Interlachen
Hills; has requested the vacation of the following described Easement for
P,_lbj_ic Rond Purposes; and -
W11EREAS, the City Council deems it to be the best interest of the City and of
the public that said Easement for Public Road Purposeo be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following descried Easement for Public
Road Purposes be and is hereby vacated effective June 20, 1977:
A sixty foot (60') strip of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Section
30, Township 117, Range 21, t: ^.e center line of which is described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South lire of the Southwest 114 of
said Section 30, distant one hundred eighty -five feet (135')
West of the Southwest corner of Parkwood Knolls 15th Addition;
