THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 8th day of February
by and between W. J. Dale and Irma Dale, husband and wife;
Gordon'S. Dale and Lois Dale, husband and wife; and
Kenneth M. Dale and June Dale, husband and wife
of the
County
of Hennepin and
State of Minnesota, parties of the first
part,
and the
City of Edina, a
municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
- WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said
party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for public road
purposes, in, under, and over the following described property situate
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A 60' strip of land lying within the following described
parcel of property: That part of the East 440 feet of the
- 'Northwest 4 of the Southeast 4 Section 8, Township 116,
Range 21, lying North of the South 550 feet thereof and
that part of the Northwest 4 of the Southeast 4 Section 8,
Township 116, Range 21, lying West of the East 440 feet
thereof except road. Said 60' strip of land commencing
at a point on the South line of Dewey Hill Road 165 feet
East of the Northeast corner of Lyle Buchanan Addition;
thence Southerly at right angles to the South line of
Dewey Hill Road a distance of 29.00 feet; thence South-
westerly along a curve to the right having a central angle
of 400 00'00" a radius of 219.80 feet and a length of
153.44 feet; thence tangent to last described curve 22.90
feet; thence along a curve to the left having a central
angle 400 00'00" a radius of 295.36 feet and a length of
206.19 feet; thence tangent to the last described curve
a distance of 160.60 feet; thence along a curve to the
left having a central angle of 400 00'00" a radius of
329.10 feet and a length of 229.74 feet; thence tangent
to the last described curve a distance of 26.43 feet;
thence along a curve to the right having a central angle
of 400 00'00" a radius of 192.32 feet and a length of
134.26 feet; thence tangent to the last described curve
a distance of 65.00 feet to the centerline of Delaney
Blvd. as platted in Smisek Addition.
