Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State
of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Seal, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second pa--t an Easement in perpetuity for
public walkway purposes, in, under, and over the following de-
scribed property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to -wit:

That part of Lot 45, Auditor's Subdivision No. 172, Hennepin County,'
Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 47, said Auditor's Subdi-
vision, thence southerly to the southwest corner of said Lot 47;
thence west 13.90 feet parallel with the north line of said Lot 45;
thence south 1.10 feet parallel with the east line of said Lot 45;
thence west 36.10 feet parallel with said north line to the point of
beginning of the land herein described; thence south 2.40 feet parallel
with said east line; thence west parallel with said north line to a
point 7.00 feet east from the west line of said Lot 45; thence north
•2.35 feet parallel with said west line; thence easterly to the point
of beginning.
