of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under: the laws of the
State Of Minricsota, party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and 140/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public road purposes, in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit;
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Fairbairn's Rearrangement in Waveland and
Waveland Park lying Northeasterly of a circular arc, concave to the South-
west, with a radius of 18.00 feet, the radius point of said circular arc
being 17.00 feet West of the East line of said Lot 1 as measured at right
angles to said East line from a point 33.98 feet South of the Northeast
corner of said Lot 1.

the City of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part,
in consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey
