parties of the first part, and the City of Edina,
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,

the said parties of the first part, in consideration
of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part a
Temporary Easement for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situation in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
That part of Lot 3, Block 1 and that part of Lot 1, Block 2, TAFT
ADDITION, lying within a circle having a radius of 50 feet, the center
of said circle being a point in the center line of Scriver Road,
distant 50.1 feet Easterly (measured along said center line) from the
West line of said TAFT ADDITION.
