WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the-receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant,,Baraain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant

to said party of the second part an Easemeat in perpetuity for
public walkway purposes, in, under, and over the following de-
scribed property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to-wit:

1. The Southerly 15 feet of Tract H, Registered Land Survey No. 629,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. That part of Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1455,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: A strip
of land, 15 feet in width, parallel with and abutting the
Southerly line of said Tract C and lying between the East
line of Hennepin County Road No. 17 (France Avenue) and
the Westerly line of Tract H, Registered Land Survey No. 629
and lying between the Easterly line of said Tract H,
Registered Land Survey No. 629 and the Southerly line of
Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 432.
